NO NO NO! Are you insane, woman? This is the ideal for which we must strive: All great canvases must have more than one artist.

Ah, you evil schemer, would you seek to draw me away from my chosen one?

I am hers and hers alone. If she will have me.

She threatens to replace me, but we both know it cannot be done. I am IRREPLACEABLE.

I do not believe she has so little realization of the beauty we will create together to let this little snit derail our plans of such greatness.

However, if she does not take me back, if her foolish pride is so great that she turns away from me and rejects my art, then, O then, in my grief and distress I will have needs to turn to another soft bosom for relief of my anguish.

So despair not. If my chosen one should reject me, it is good to know there is yet another why may step forward, that this great project may yet

And if the Diva in her rage refuses to go on, and the understudy must needs step forward so that the show goes on, who knows whether the Diva will have miscalculated and the understudy will rise up and surpass even the splendor which the Diva was to have assisted me in creating?

Well, I hope it is not so. My heart is still entwined with my E, and my heart will break if she deserts me.

But, if it be so, even broken hearts can mend, and if she drives me into your arms, she will have only her own loneliness to sustain her when the revelries reach their peak and my masterpiece is revealed for all the world to appreciate and adore.

Will it be she? When she next speaks, the world will know.
