I think the prudent course is to price the minutes at a reasonable amount and if necessary, lower it later on as counts go up. Raising prices as you gain customers is a good way to slow the growth in customers.

So, fixing a price for the whole life of the system is right, but its tricky. We have sufficient value to charge a price that will easily fund the next system, if its marketed well.

My concern is: Will it be marketed well (lets hope so!) and will there be enough handsets. (Ok, and what place am I on the waiting list, I want to know that too.)

Looking at the specsheets for the handsets, it looks like they are PCS compatible. AirTouch used to be US West. Do they have PCS networks in the eastern part of the country? or even much PCS coverage area compared to Sprint and T? (I'm not a cellular guy.)
