I have only had two days of trading on the Real Tick software through Watley but I must say the experience so far has been top notch. Apart from one 10 second freeze yesterday(I had a news message saying p.c.quote was down)the data has been spot on.The executions continue to amaze,very fast,clean professional.I have only had to call client support twice and was answered both times within two rings.One thing is for sure,they have some great reps in the sales area who have been more than helpfull and extremely knowledgeable in helping me set up screens/pages etc.I can't understand why certain people on this thread who continually moan about the service don't go elsewhere...the old saying "the grass is always greener "comes to mind. Be Lucky.
