Watching some of the coverage of this incident, you start to realize these kids at Columbine High will now need "courage" to again enter that school. Sure it took something like courage to go to your first day of school or to be the new transfer student. Just think of your own adult situation. Does it require "courage" to drive to work, enter the workplace, or perform your job. This special quality we leave to police and fire departments, this physical courage. The moral courage is another issue. How would each of us hold up if we needed this physical courage to go about our daily lives? These students will grow up quickly. Their childhool is gone, the crime being that is was ripped from them so brutally.
