Siemens ElectroCom L.P. Selects Interactive Solutions' Mentis System For New Wearable Computer Application
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 1999--Interactive Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Teltronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:TELT - news) announced today a partnership agreement with Siemens ElectroCom L.P. Under this agreement, Interactive Solutions will provide the Mentis(tm), voice-activated, mobile computer as the hardware solution for Siemens ElectroCom's new SIMON(tm) (System Integrated Maintenance Online) system.
Based in Arlington, Texas, Siemens ElectroCom is a world-leading manufacturer of sorting and recognition systems for mail processing automation, commercial sorting and imaging, and data acquisition systems.
