Steve, I haven't put a comment on this or any other thread for weeks.But since your are such an honest and realistic poster...as honest as NFLDer's which are down to earth and practical,I want too comment your last post!!! MGJ is a co. in the making,those guys know what they do... they have great properties and by your own experience are shrewd managers. So you can play in and out but I think that MGJ is a real, solid ,developper and that it will go through time for the better...with a property or another. So there is only one strategy to me (at those price's level) and that is buy buy buy... I hope in three to five years of time we will still be in, because that vehicle will have bring us goodies! I and many others bought it for VB, but as I discover that Co. as more than what the others in VB had, it has MANAGEMENT. What do you think Steve? Am I right or on a too good bottle of wine!!
