agreed, they sometimes make some terrible business decisions. The other concern with this particular business is what is its relationship to the dentist's own private practices. It is not rare to see a group of professionals in the same field to form a company to handle things such as this company does. Given this company's mediocre return on equity and assets it is worth asking some questions about how arms length its relationship is with the dentists own practices, assuming of course they are still in practice. I'm not suggesting there is anything questionable just that it should be checked into first.
