"DSL will not compare to cable modems.IMHO"

Well I don't know about that...DSL offers 7.1 megs/second...considering the fact the internet has alot of bottleneck, do you think people will really care about cable's slightly faster speed? Also remember the fact that DSL will offer that 7.1 meg throughput constantly...As soon as others connect to cable, the speed throughput decreases...I think DSL will do alright in homes in which cable modems aren't available, and considering the fact that most cable companies are ever so slow in offering it, since I dont think their main goal is to sell internet access, but rather cable tv, I think DSL will reach homes alot faster than cable...Either way, AOL will survive and grow as a result...Good luck to all!
