Last day it was in the $3 range was in December of 98... he may TRULY be one of the inside circle on this p&d... not surprising that he would know so much about the background of these fellows. The price was not that low again until 2/22/99 when it was briefly at 3 7/8 for the extreme low of the day - and only on that one day. So he has been involved with this stock for a long time ?.... kind of interesting...
