Hey TradeOfTheDay,
It looks like you're the only one that mentioned insider selling. I checked it out immediately, but I missed the fact that it occurred because my preference is usually to go the filings themselves and when I went to Edgar Online they didn't show any 144 or 4s so I assumed there hadn't been significant sales. Ha! In addition to the Quicken site you posted I used Yahoo which has somewhat different info:
biz.yahoo.com
This really stinks when you look at it. Bear in mind that a 144 is an intent to sell, but you can sell on the same day you file it if you want to. The form 4 doesn't need to be filed for a while afterwards. Anyway, on the big Hype day of the Apollo announcement, 4/15/99, you find 14s to sell over a million smackeroos in stock. What a crock! I searched the proxy (DEF 14A) and the registration statement (S-3), but didn't find who Goodman and Lunenberg are- those are the names on the Quicken site you posted. The Yahoo site has Antine and [Nelson] William, again they don't show up. Maybe they got their shares in one of the takeovers? Don't know. The info isn't consistent between the two sites, that's why I would have liked to have pulled up the docs myself, but it is clear that some folks have bailed at a beautiful time. But of course, why would that matter to any of the longs?
;-)
