Talk about stock manipulation. That is illegal. The issue that strikes me as suspicious is the fact that this analyst/broker, made previous recommendations about this company. Nothing changed about the company, but then he states that the stock is worth $2-$3. This did not go unnoticed in the U.S. Many people read that pr where Pavon made that statement. I think it was on Yahoo. My broker said he saw the downgrades. This did serious damage to Bid.com. But, I believe the damage will be short lived.
