Not being an insider I do not know the specifics, but I can tell you this. After talking with Kevin Maloney last friday, he told me that it is not his or his partners stlye to be a part of a "pittly ####" .25 or .30 cent a share company and when they release the news, it is going to "blow your socks off. With what they did with their last company, and the contacts they have, it sounds good to me!
