John, actually the last four months stock action could be resolved either way, it could be a base forming in anticipation of actual production, or it could be a prelude (or distributory phase) in anticipation of Mr Murphy having won another round. There was anticipation of a "material order" by January 27, and now almost 3 months later, there is still only anticipation. If this anticipation is not resolved within a rational time frame, there is a "real and present danger" that VLNC will retest last year lows. It is a very interesting balanced state between the bulls and the bears, but I for one, am not smart enough to determine who will win this current battle.

Alot of words to say nothing John. You said it on Yahoo better. The only reliable source of information has been and is the SEC-mandated shareholder reports. That is all I have advocated from the start.

"Bear" and "bull" amount to meaningless labels. The shareholder reports paint a dismal picture with respect to VLNC. A stock that moves nowhere in a market that has moved as powerfully up as this one is underperforming. The shareholder reports last June (and each one since) predicted the poor performance of VLNC. It is as simple as that.

If it changes, buy VLNC. Until it changes, it is an easy call to stay away from it. Just as easy a call is to stay away from the charlatan ravings of those who advocate ignoring the shareholder reports.
