Jon; I don't know if I could characterize it in such a few words,
or in as soft as words you used. I don't even want to get started
on it ( again ) as I get rather negative about the entire sham
being pull on the tax payers.
In just a few words as to what is fueling the global markets,
it's the Tax payers and the selling away of the next generations
life, liberty & freedom, into a ponzi scam that feeds the Big
Investment Bankers and their cohorts.
The public is methodical "hood winked" taught, and programmed to
believe the shamanist rhetoric of much talented spinmasters such
as CreemSpam.

As for were the money is coming from well most of it is just in
the eyes of the beholders, and the Big Investment Bankers who
keep lending out dollars they don't have knowing full well the IMF
will step in and bail them out.
They are real giddy now about this big bond issue Brazil is going
to float at a high interest. A year maybe two from now the IMF
will once again want to help out Brazil ( so that they can pay
the interest on the note ) and you and me will get Taxed a little
more in order to support that bail out.
Wall street is creating derivatives like a wild man, and they are
used just like cash and why not, didn't velvet jaws help out
his investment banker cohorts on the LTCM deal, & the average Joe
..... will never know ; what that little fiasco cost him.
--------------
Normally I like to stay on a positive footing as when I get into
the corruption that's hidden under the rug of this system
it gets depressing.
Not only taht the gullabullies all go nutso and most of what
I could say.. is not worth the price I would have to pay ;
for saying it.
