Helps if they are movers, of course, but the cycle is the thing. Once you can establish the key points of the cycle, you are home free (except for taxes, of course). Not a system or a formula, just knowing the company and letting the charts guide you on that specific company. Of course, there's no guarantee that a huge stonk or unexpected positive announcement won't kill you.

What's REALLY cool is when you are following a stock and a trusted SI bud says something about it.
