I called my broker , Morgan Stanley , and they don't seem to have analyst coverage on RRRR... I'm sure it's just a temporary oversight. Anyone else have any insight from some of the other internet axes - say from Goldman Sachs maybe ? Seeing as how this is the next CMGI, there must be a net analyst from one of the big firms covering this SOMEWHERE. I don't know how Mary Meeker let this one slip by.....

I see someone else already did their DD on this one. It IS a floorless convert, as are most REG D's. They are clever at covering it up.

I have NEVER gone short on any stock. However, if I were to take a stake here, it would not be on the long side. this stock could see 100 or 0 quickly, I don't know which.
