Thanks Heat. You are right, that link has more info. I don't see an issue here with the 144s so I'm not sure why the concern if management has stated their restricted shares have been frozen for an additional year. I'm fine with this! I have stated this before, PNL management is very long on PNL. I'm cool with this.

Well, the way I understand it, The letter to Todd from Glen stated that all the 144's that were filed have been sold and the only shares held by insiders are resticted for a while yet. Glen's are resticted for three years. I'm not sure about the rest. I would asume that Mr Walkers are resticted for a while also.

Who knows for sure?
