Thanks Barb, I was looking at the S-3 and too originally thought that it had a floor. The stink is now getting stenchier and maybe this one will make Stock Detectives list of stinky stocks.

Epilogue........ It is Carnival in Rio now and the weather is perfect. Wenie and Death Spiral are sitting on the upper deck of the much larger Bahama Mama II. They are discussing a recent venture..... "Did you notice that we didn't have to pay Hypester anything?" says Wenie "I told you so" says Spiral "One of them shows up every time. That is what makes this job so interesting". "Do you think he will still be there when we bring the company out of Bankruptcy?......................
