Yes, John, I agree about CELL. I have had it on my radar for quite some time since it crashed. I do believe it's at a low and couldn't go much lower. In fact, the report coming would have to be totally out of the blue for it to take it down much more. In fact, I'll be looking at accumulating and looking for some nice gains.
