Since this is a OTC without audit, the only financial data will be from the company and there you have to trust on what they tell you!! Here is there site address: ebiznet.com Here is the Florida corporations web site: Type in company name or officer.... Why does he go by Garland Harris on his Web Site but the companies RA is Paul Garland????????????? ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us Personally I am going to stay away from this one and just watch for now. Let me know if you find anything out that can be somewhat verified. André

CB, Sorry to not respond sooner, but have been on the road. I see we have some help on this one now so hopefully some of the financial info will come to light. As for myself, I went to their site and visited all the sites (elephant mall, etc.) and I was quite impressed by the sites themselves, and more importantly the ads I saw. A lot of the time, especially with new small companies, I trust the companies that do business with them, and am hoping that they have done their due dilgence. I made a small investment and will keep it, I have done well investing in internet related co.'s, (except I sold CMGI at 20 back in 1996) so I now buy and hold until people discover them. I also just bought NETX and if your interested look it over, just another small internet co., the good part is if your right on one, it pays for all your mistakes. Let's hope for good things and a fun ride on the way up. Tim
