IMO by the time cable gets going another technology involving wireless will make the cable nearly obsolete. Once wireless becomes implemented, it will be able to be rapidly implemented; and will quickly surpass cable. This will be extremely positive for AOL.

The most intelligent statement made so far in this exchange. Cable moves slow and has a great deal of problems. There is too much development going in the wireless arena for it not to have a significant impact. Sorry this doesn't agree with Steve's picture but this is a lot more accurate. IMHO
