Francois, thanks for KYOM post, plus one additional thought:
IMO, although Chinese people may not be as used to lotteries as their American counterparts, they are extremely used to gambling. I have witnessed first hand gambling in Hong Kong and Macau, and the seriousness of purpose + money expended are staggering. Regards, Lynn
