thanks Oke... I am finding out what I can about these two right now, just finished going through the historical press releases on URT. This press release caught my eye, do you know the circumstances surrounding this arrangement with the ASE ? Urban Resource Technologies Inc - Director resigns Urban Resource Technologies Inc URT Shares issued 30,454,457 1997-07-24 close $0.06 Thursday Jul 24 1997 An anonymous director reports Mr Gordon Muir has tendered his resignation as a director until at least September 20 1997. His resignation comes at the request of the ASE in accordance with its general policy guidelines arising from the voluntary settlement agreement entered into between Mr Muir and the ASE dated March 20 1997 and previously disclosed by URT. Mr Muir remains in URT as manager of its technical and marketing division. In that capacity he will continue to be responsible for all continuing technological aspects and future development of its FibrPlast technology as well as managing all of URT's current and projected sales and marketing projects. It has been agreed between URT, Mr Muir and the ASE that Mr Muir may seek reinstatement as a director of URT at any time after September 20 1997 subject to prior written consent of the ASE.
