Stu, I don't have any more info. on the Needham upgrade.

But I think the Needham upgrade is significant since it shows that Analysts are giving coms the benefit of the doubt that they will be successful when they shift their directions from modem/nic to other higher growth areas. So far we havn't heard of this qtr being backend loaded so there is a 50% chance that it's not backend loaded. I hope they can beat estimates when they report in June.

I think your calculation is very good. coms will stay in the $26 area until more significant news arrives. At $20 it was way oversold. It's indeed very frustrating holding this stock. Even in the depth of the Asia crisis plus major inventory correction plus making only 2 pennies coms didn't fall thro' $23. Why now making 23 pennies but going for $20 ? Coms is a money making company with stack of cash so it doesn't deserve to be at 1 time price-to-sales.
