What does that mean? Does it mean that RR will continue to operate over T's new cable plant? Or does it mean that ATHM will coexist with RR? Or something else, in your opinion?

RR, like ATHM, is nothing without a physical media HFC platform to support it, the way things stand today. Who, or what, is the entity that will take this branch?, It is not something that is extricable from the whole, at this time. Curious...

I agree. A hasty merger between ATHM and RR doesn't help things. But they could partner in some form, such as marketing their brand together. When the time is right, they can merge later.

But I don't know how to judge when the time is right?
