Hey Jimmy... I printed the entire document out and I am going through it. I am just getting to the point where James Somervail received 6 Million shares June 06 1995 for $2,500 dollars.....Good time to be reading it, after I allready have shares in this outfit. .... I guess I should take this to the EBNK thread huh ? LOL Take care..

Insolvency? So now I can officially paper my den with the shares? Time to lose the SI URT bookmark. If ANY investor out there does any type of DD, then let me say that Gordon and Penny will tell you anything, but believe nothing. I had several, several conversations with both. I represented a group of investors that based on Gordon and Penny's testimony and the documents they sent us, invested quite a bit. Absolutely NOTHING I was ever told came to fruition. I don't own PTHR or EBNK. All I can offer anyone is buyer beware. The only winners will be Gordon and Penny.
