Are you saying that I posted an "inflammatory" theory?
Please, show me where I did this, if that is what you are insinuating.
Again, I have called 1-800-951-1111 on more than one occasion.
My track record with calling Paul Henry is not good. He has NEVER returned a phone call to me. Admittedly, Guild called me once to respond to my call to Henry. However, that was several days after I called him. On other occasions, my messages to Henry have gone unanswered.

My order from 3/31 finally arrived yesterday. The invoice date was 4/21! There was no acknowledgement of my inconvenience, or any explanation of the delay, let alone any kind of damage control with some gratuity. One of the jewel cases was quite damaged, altho that conceivably could have been due to usps handling. CD's all play fine at least. I'll give them another chance with a new order soon.

Long and concerned.

Paul
