It seems to me that one of the major perversions of the system (I am far from expert in perversions) is that equity capital ought to be used for business purposes. That is, if the business needs to raise cash for operations and/or expansion, then selling equity is reasonable. But this system just sells the stock in dribs and drabs every quarter. And the cash raised is not needed by the business. Do you feel comfortable with that approach?
