How the Mob Makes Money on Wall Street
TRADING SCAMS

THE BOX: Mob-affiliated traders control the market for a stock and its price by trading it among themselves--enforcing their control through bribery, violence, and intimidation. They then unload the stock on the public at an inflated price and, sometimes, sell it short to profit when the shares go bust.

REGULATION S: Through offshore accounts, Mob members illegally buy cheap stock issued under Regulation S of the securities laws--supposedly reserved only for foreign investors. The cheap stock is sold on the open market at vast, riskless markups.

FLIPPING: Mobsters, through front men, quickly unload, at inflated prices, stocks that are the subject of hot IPOs issued by firms they control.

BROKERAGE SCAMS

HIDDEN OWNERSHIP: Through front men who have no criminal records, the Mob controls, or has hidden ownership stakes in, at least two dozen NASDAQ brokerage firms.

TRIBUTE: Mob members get kickbacks from brokerages for protecting them from shakedown attempts by other mobsters.

EXTORTION: Mobsters, working with short-selling confederates, demand payments in return for not shorting the stocks issued by penny-stock and microcap brokerages.

Realmonkey, you are really a disgusting animal with the brain to match...

1) ZSUN is a Bona Fide Company and since it has nothing to hide, it has every interest to nail you and your friends, if only to make an example to the rest of your ugly kind.

2) Other Companies that have been badgered by your little group of nasties are also joining forces.

3) Major shareholders and related Companies are joining suit. You may not have heard about it yet, but SI has, and you will soon.

4) The entire case is made here on SI, on this and other threads, as you have left so many monkey prints all over. "Words fly, writings remain", in the end you will be TOAST.

5) You are a liar: if anyone is a paid tout, it's very likely to be you.

F. Goelo + + +

I can assure anyone who thinks that either Francois or Floyd is a paid tout (and I doubt that anyone truly believes that) that neither of them is.

[Edit] OK, I just finished my quick scan of the thread, and I have no idea who's right about ZSUN. I agree with Lou Farrell, though, that it would be nice to have one of the bears say something concrete.

I won't be buying ZSUN -- it's not even close to being one of my favorite stocks, especially with the nebulous allegations flying around -- and I won't be visiting the thread often, either, but I'll be interested to see the end result of this war. Good luck to all, and why not skip the personal attacks?
