Dearest Edwarda, a card no doubt from someone who admires your slippery ways. A slimy fellow no doubt!

Didn't you see the hypothetical numbers I provided? The idea is that those amounts would vest over the 5 year period. That's no more difficult than using options.

I'm not letting you up yet!

My points:

1. The industry doesn't ant straightforward accounting for options; and
2. In an established company we can get the same result using cash.
