I believe we are in he 2Q at the present time. Will it be late April,

I don't think so. I think if you will review the releases, you will find that a 30W version was planned for 2Q. This is still not a prototype PXS. The prototype isn't due until next year. Don't expect significant sales for 5 years, but next year could see some strategic partnerships form, depending on the prototype and the political winds.
