"This pair of undesirables, whose identities were never officially disclosed, were Lucky Janda and Gerald Sklar."

What is it about that passage that you think is misleading?

SKLAR AND JANDA RE-APPEAR
by Brent Mudry

As Fenway Resources prepares to defend its hoped-for reverse takeover of Trump Oil, BC securities regulators will likely be especially interested in the roles of two behind-the-scenes players. They are Lucky Janda and Gerry Sklar, two veteran VSE promoters often known as the Lucky and Gerry team. The two promoters were not named in the BC Securities Commission's temporary freeze order on the proposed takeover on Friday, but their ties with Trump are timely. The BCSC's move is the latest setback for Fenway and its dreams of building a massive cement plant in the Philippines.
___________

Did Sklar sue Mr. Mudry over that? If not, why?

Could this be the answer?

The answer....AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!!

PAY ATTENTION ALL ABFG "SHAREHOLDERS"

If you can read, you will notice that it states that Mr. Sklar was not named in the litigation! Why not? Ahhhhh, Zonk? Any answers?

Furthermore - This was back in early 1998 and I have another question for Mr ZONK! After the questioning was over were there ANY (PLEASE name just ONE) charge that was filed against Mr. Sklar for his involvement (alleged) in this deal? If so, ZONK - PLEASE name it for all us SHAREHOLDERS! Has Mr. Sklar been tied to this Trump/Fenway deal in ANY (PLEASE name ONE) official fashion?

all SHAREHOLDERS are waiting for your answers! LOL!

2) This is an important passage in your inaccurate and misleading DD...

"This pair of undesirables, whose identities were never officially disclosed, were Lucky Janda and Gerald Sklar."

If they were NEVER disclosed in an "official", "formal" or "public" manner, how do we know that they were actually involved and how does the author of this article know they were involved? PLEASE be specific, Mr ZONK! Maybe we should just go on Zonk's rumors! LOL!

3) PLEASE sight your sources for a KNOWN and OFFICIAL conviction or PENALTY of ANY kind against Mr. Sklar for his (alleged) involvement with this situation. We "SHAREHOLDERS" are ALWAYS interested in the FACTS, my wittle furry friend!

Let's see just how long it takes Mr. ZONK to respond with something that actually will help us in our research and DD about ABFG and Mr. Skalr. ROTFLOL!!!!

Come on, ZONK! The clock is tickin' and we "SHAREHOLDERS" want to know if you have ANY answer for the above questions!

Happy Trades.....Kowboy
