Howard, Hopefully, the SEC will crack down on some of these people. I did read a story in USA Today.....the SEC arrested someone for placing false statements on a thread. The stock took off bigtime and deflated bigtime. I don't know the criteria of the SEC.....maybe just saying "buy this stock ASAP, it's gonna fly to the moon this week" is not enough for them to lock the handcuffs on said fraudulent vermin. The maginitude of the numbers for these near "sub-penny" stocks are deceiving. GNNX may be near .10 soon, a lousy dime, in a few days but it could be back up to .30 at the next hype cycle. Multiply these numbers by 100 to put it in perspective. You have a "ten dollar" stock jumping to $30 dollars in the space of a few weeks or even days, or even intraday. That's a grand slam homerun in anyones league. The MM's, the daytraders, the P&D's, whatever label you attach to these folks, they know the math, they know the game. I have no problem with the people who do this quietly....they are gambling and they could lose. The ones that place false or misleading posts should be arrested by the SEC. They will start making examples of people....I believe it will happen sooner rather than later. Would a Vegas casino tolerate any activity from a player that would worsen their odds with that same player? He'd have his legs broken or worse. But you know what, the above is irrelevant. The issue should be what the realistic prospects of GNNX are and have they been upfront with their investors. For me, the dominant factor is that some GNNX insiders have dumped their stock for pocket money in recent weeks. If anyone here can explain that, go for it.
