We could start a NEW " BIDS " thread. A thread Name that denote it as a LONG or PRO BIDS thread. The volume of hits that this tread gets could easyly sepport two BIDS threads.
Since the Hot Subject list is rated by the number of hits/bookmarkings compared to the past, the NEWS BIDS thread would easyly go stright to the Top of the Hot subjet list, and this one would probably drop off some.

I like the Idea myself, maybe someone else will take notice.

I have started MANY threads myself in the past, but would rather someone else, who knows the stock/sector etc.. much more then myself, start the thread.

Good Luck

>>>Mac, usually they want proof. I spoke with them (in email), they want people to send them proofs. That is, send the link of the post that you don't like (as many as you want).
What we would like to have is a moderated thread, that is somebody who would control the content of this thread. I don't think SI offer this service, we have to find a place which offer moderated thread, do you know any ? please tell us, we will all move there.<<<<

I have a great idea. On Raging Bull, they have an ignore poster option. It works. If there is an irritating poster who repetitively posts, dominating the thread, this ignore option works because if you choose it, you CANNOT see the ignored person's posts. Therefore, his posts become meaningless as more and more choose to ignore.

I'm going to email the webmistress about adding this feature on the SI board. It does not infringe upon freedom of speech, because it is an option that each individual has.

Join me and ask for this option.
