Haven't followed Kasten. If you look at Yorkton's research they did not project a 12-18 month price and made it clear Bid.com was for speculative accounts. As I mentioned in my previous post the stock was already headed south because of U.S. trading and it has since recovered from the lows following Pavan's report. Regarding the cheap stock and warrants - I believe all or most are going to be held for 1 year. Haven't seen a reference to a prospectus to clear in 4 months. Who knows where stock will be in 12 months. The last $10 million was bought by funds.
