Howdy Henry! Thank you VERY much! That was one of the most honest, thoughtful and revealing replies I have had to date. Jewelry sales sold to consumers over TV and the internet is exploding, so I do not agree with your thoughts about the customer needing to be present at the point of sale. Example...ALL the home shopping channels that do a huge business in jewelry. Just my opinion. On your other points - I have NO argument....They are YOUR methods of DD and for that I will respect them with highest regards to your expertise and knowledge. We just have a difference of opinion and there's no harm in that! You have certainly proved yourself as an independent and thoughtful contributor to this and ANY thread where you post and I would love to talk with you in person someday.
