Off topic! <I think that folks in this country should view the prez as a hired gun to manage the country's business. ... Too many people build up the president as a hallowed figure, "leading" the nation etc.> So you think Clinton should go up to the podium and give the Charles Barkley speech, "I am not a role-model." Fine, let him say that, and let the country decide. However, we aren't seeing Clinton do that, now are we? A "hired gun" who simply manages the country's business has no moral authority whatsoever to say, "We must teach our children that violence is never the answer," or, "We are sending a clear message to Saddam Hussein: If you act recklessly, you will pay a heavy price."
