Bobby, That is a good point. Yes, it will be helpful. We certainly expect adversaries of big league proportions. Even now our attorneys have been contacted by the Senior Counsel of Long Term Capital Management and are sending us a "Letter". They told our attorney that ( while not responding to even the NY Times when queried about certain things, they are responding to us. He also said that they are monitoring everything we do.
