Harold: Whilst a buyout makes sense, I am less confident about it happening tomorrow. The reasons are

a: The optimum buyout price is got when the price of COM's stock is closer to its high than near its low.

b: The shareholders of the take over Company will be up in arms if a
price paid results in a doubling of COMS value.

c: A take over price closer to COM's low will not be acceptable to COM's shareholders.

d: A take over price that might satisfy all shareholders may be a max of 35% above COMS last trade.

In brief, it is likely that COMS price may have to climb up further before any take over can be announced.
