I see, so there isn't an federal or otherwise other 'recognized' institution or association that independently tests these things and gives them their seal of approval. Earlier, Phanton was implying that there is an institution like that in his FAA stepping on an unapproved airplane reference. So if such institution does not exist therefore Phantom's argument is somewhat flawed. How about getting a patent on the algorithm, surly you should be able to do that. It would also create tangible equity in your balance sheet. Anyways, thanks for the reply.
