It's nice curled up in your lap, but if you insist, see if they were paying in cash to begin with, using goals that were measurable, there would be no crush at the door. And I haven't even begun to deal with the fact that the vast bulk of the options go to the few guys at the top who were responsible for the problems. How much do you think Dave Duffeld should be getting in options? How about Bill Larson and Eckhard Pfeiffer? It seems to me that you still haven't dealt with my cash payout idea (with vesting over 5 years). Do you see something wrong with that? May I now curl up once again? It's so nice and warm here.
