My thinking as well Brad (good for SMM),
Scenario:
If SMM owned 8.3M shares of Amer Digital (currently) and it did take off to, say, $2US, SMM would be sitting on ~$24M CDN. This is about double their current market cap. If the mkt. is as confused as I am about what they do own, and SMM's share price does not adjust accordingly, there could be a huge arbitrage opportunity. I've seen some companies trade at 50% of book before, but not for too long.

That is why I'm a little obsessed to find out SMM's actual current ownership of AD.

Regards,
Shaw
