I'd rather not get into a political disertation on a complex subject. However, I believe that Americans when it comes to Genocide, and beastial conduct against families, at least in a European Country from where a great percentage of our ancestors immigrated, are very unselfish. A 6 billion dollar war/ help appropriation, was met with a "why not more" reaction.

I believe the reluctance to commit ground troops is based on our huge share of the battle commitment thus far, and the ability of the NATO Countries next door to do the balance of the job. Also pure military tactical decisions. As my Grandfather drilled into me during my youth, Uncle "Simp" is always the fall guy. We're doing better everyday. Which window of which Milosovich home do you want to pick for the next cruise missile to enter? How about the master bedroom- bathroom? No problem.

By the way, my personal belief is that, for those of us who have access to money, the most effective thing we can do is to tithe. I've been donating 10% of earnings for a lot of years now.

If we all did that, the world would surely be a changed place.
