Ron if you lived in So California three years ago you could of bought a house in my area for 350 now that house will cost you 550

So we speak labor increase inflation and the statistics do not show it but it has to come . Houses have gone up in value so have apartments and so are rents. Housing is a major living expense and i guarantee you are going to have to have raises here in income to meet housing costs.

The reality is that cheap loans have been made available by our own dear fed to keep this expansion from contraction.

I haven't looked to see lately just what the bankruptcy rate is.
