Michelle, the freedoms we enjoy as Americans come with a special responsibility. We could do as most left wing liberals want to do and round up every gun from every home. Of course repealing the second amendment might a reasonable thing to do first. Would you really feel safer then? Do you really believe that deaths by gunshot would disappear and not be replaced by something else? Liberals always want to jump on the ban guns bandwagon whenever there's a gun related death. Freedom and our constitution really doesn't mean much to them I guess. Enforcing a three day waiting period and performing a background check for criminal activity should be sufficient prior to becoming a gun owner. Banning the activity entirely will only ensure criminals are the ones with weapons. It never ceases to amaze me how little faith liberals have in people, and how much faith they have in an all powerful government. If freedom was such a horrific enterprise, why are the Canadians coming here in far greater numbers than we there? Michael
