I look forward to talking to David S. myself. However, some preliminary observations:

1) Book value is now in the vicinity of $14.75 (times 6.5 mil. shares = 95.8 million). Market cap based on Friday's close = 62.1 million.

2) FC drag on earnings is no longer an issue (thus, expect a blowout earnings release next quarter).

3) ALU still owns approx. 13% of FC which, based on my calculations, was valued at 54 million (I arrived at this figure as follows: Jacobs family owns 17.5% of FC, ALU retains 13% of FC after recent sale, thus 69.5% of FC was sold for 37 million

Therefore, recent sale of FC results in
a) immediate cash for ALU and a 14.75 book value.
b) an immediate end to the FC drag on earnings.
c) 13% of whatever FC grows into or of eventual IPO.

Note that these observations are based on information gleened from various sources, some of which may be unreliable and somewhat dated.

happy trading...
