Not garbage, but there is a lot of gambling going on, on this thread, as opposed to investing. What Dorsey endorses in his book is the marriage of TA with FA. This thread is lacking in FA, as it seeks to identify only "winning" chart patterns. This is not an attack on anybody! It is simply my opinion. I don't really care what other people do with their money, but I too will not invest in companies without good fundamentals (internets). I don't care if I don't get rich quick. I want to feel comfortable with my investments. That is not to say the internets are not making a contribution to society, they are. It simply means that they are not valued appropriately, again JMO, thus the risk does not justify the reward.
If this is offensive to some, I apologize. However, I only review a company when someone posts some fundamentals with their TA choice. That's me, and again, this is not a shot at anyone, and I'm sorry if it offends.

iceberg,
wasn't meant to be offensive but those type of stocks are just way to risky to me and there has been alot of talk ablut the nets--and as i said i admire those that can play them but i just can't handle the 20-30 point swings--i like stocks that have good patterns like orcl-aud-vytl-xlnx-and aren't prone to possibly move violently--i read just about everything said on here and learn alot--maybe i learn more from bruce and eric and chartseer etc.because they seem to be more technical oriented and have taught me much about poles-and traps etc.

and besides why would you find it offensive--from my readings of your posts you don't believe in the realevance(sp) of p&f because of the time factor
