I've just been over at the Raging Bull board and there is an article about shorters in the Canadian market. There is a link posted there to the article. The post is #8403. Check it out.

Denise, THAT REPORT-- US analyst realized the Internet is hear to stay 2 years ago, most Canadian analyst will realize it next year or when the Altamira Mutual Fund e-business hits 300 or 400%. They are already up nearly 100% in a short time. The main point I wanted to make was that was an excellent report, but can you believe they only mentioned the rise of IBM and made no mention of the tremendous rise of EBAY on Friday at Cdn.$127.00/share or UBID up Cdn.$27.00/share also on Friday. Can you believe that wasn't worthy of a mention in an article like that. If BID.COM dropped down $2 or $3, they wouldn't be long making headlines out of that and giving shorters like Dagan/Doug and GoNorth/Kris something to report on in 100 or 200 posts.
