The 30-million number is correct.

They're going to put inventory in those new distribution centers, and the ratio will probably remain the same.

The wharehouse is for looks and to show the size of Amazon<VBG>

Seriously, the marvel of Amazon is that they carry no or very little inventory. They sell the product first and receive the money instantly. They do not have to pay for the inventory for another thirty days. That has been the bullish argument for the analysts for the last 18 months.

I believe they are going to set up gyms in these wharehouses with basketball courts, Nautilus rooms, weight rooms, etc. Then they are going to sell virtual exercise memberships.

This will sell well because one may stay in shape by surfing the net.
