Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara announced Friday that he will cut his monthly salary by 10
percent and his annual bonus by 50 percent to help reduce the budget deficit.

"I want (Tokyo government officials) to have a sense of business management. I am also thinking to

reporters Friday.
